Every laboratory opens with a measurement brief you would actually send a founder: what is broken, which event is lying, and what “better” would look like in a number you can reproduce. We then instrument, argue, and rewrite. Guest critiques come from operators who still ship weekly, not from slide consultants.
Thailand is not a backdrop. Payment rails, LINE-first onboarding, and family-shared devices change activation math. We treat those constraints as first-class, not as an appendix for “emerging markets.”
